Learn about the experience of common mental disorders: mood disorders, psychosis, and anxiety disorders. Develop a better understanding of how to best support those with mental illness and their family members.

Develop your understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and learn strategies for how to support each individual effectively and safely.

This workshop will provide a general introduction to the experiences and impacts of anxiety. Particular focus will be given to Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

This workshop will provide a general introduction to the experiences and impacts of Psychosis.

Develop your understanding of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, so that you can better respond to, and support them. Learn how to identify triggers and provide proactive interventions.

Special Speaker Dr Valerie McGinn is presenting this seminar which aims to help participants recognise the signs and symptoms of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), understand how it is diagnosed and learn how to adapt treatment to the different needs of those with the neurodisability.

Explore a trauma-informed, lived experience and person-centered approach to alternative states of reality (aka ‘psychosis’).
