Aim:
Maximising Mental Health in Menopause is a practical and supportive workshop designed to build awareness of how menopause can impact emotional wellbeing, mood, and cognition. Participants will explore evidence-based strategies, self-management tools, and supportive approaches to strengthen resilience, reduce stigma, and thrive through the menopause transition.

Explain the psychological and emotional changes commonly associated with menopause.

Recognise how menopause can affect mood, cognition, confidence, and relationships.

Identify lifestyle, medical, and therapeutic strategies that support mental wellbeing.

Practise simple tools for managing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing self-compassion.

Who is this workshop for?
Anyone wanting more knowledge on how to better manage one’s own menopause transition and or support other women through this stage of their lives.

Sharon has a background in health (nursing and midwifery), with over 20 years' experience in education and training on a variety of subjects, topics and issues. Her particular passion lies in supporting personal and professional development of others. She believes that effective communication is at the heart of both personal and professional success; looking at and addressing internal and external dialogue is essential for creating positive outcomes.

Cancellations (or non-attendance) made 10 working days or less will not be refunded and the full workshop fee will be charged.
