Aim
This workshop aims to deepen your understanding of maternal mental health to enhance your ability to support mothers. You will gain knowledge about matrescence, the transition to and through motherhood, as well as research on perinatal distress and strategies to enhance perinatal wellbeing.

Christina is a registered NZ psychologist specalising in maternal mental health and matrescence. Christina works in private practice and co-founded Matrescence NZ, a social enterprise, striving to reduce perinatal distress and enhance mothers and infant health outcomes.

Cancellations made up to 10 working days before a workshop will incur a $39 service fee.

Cancellations (or non-attendance) made 10 working days or less will not be refunded and the full workshop fee will be charged.

No fee applies if you are able to find a replacement participant.

MHERC reserves the right to cancel a workshop at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations.
