This ‘101’ level workshop is designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge and tools needed to support trans individuals in your workplace community. It is our recommended starting point for building cultural competency around trans inclusion and allyship.
This workshop created by Every Gender is perfect for policy builders, people leaders, and coworkers who want to upskill in their allyship. With a mix of facilitated discussions, videos and group activities, you’ll leave feeling confident and empowered to create a more equitable and welcoming workplace environment - both for trans individuals, and for those who support us.

Adam Rohe (he/they) is an experienced consultant, facilitator, project manager and storyteller, working to promote inclusion and belonging in Aotearoa. He specializes in using his lived experience of gender transition, neuro diversity, mental distress and illness, to humanize the narratives around minority groups through storytelling and group facilitation. He has worked in the DEI industry for the past 3 years, and is a co-founder of transgender workplace inclusion consultancy Every Gender. His formal training is as an actor, and he was a founding whānau member of tikanga Māori based theatre Te Pou in West Auckland.

Cancellations made up to 10 working days before a workshop will incur a $39 service fee.
Cancellations (or non-attendance) made 10 working days or less will not be refunded and the full workshop fee will be charged.
