Paula Rountree


Paula has been employed by the Mental Health Education and Resource Centre since 1998, and has also worked as a community support worker in the intellectual disability field for over 20 years. She has lived experience of an anxiety disorder which led her to become involved in facilitating workshops for MHERC, delivering education sessions to community agencies and tertiary institutes, and attending relevant conferences and workshops on anxiety - including the co-delivery of a presentation at an overseas conference.  Paula also has 12 years’ experience in a voluntary coordination role for an anxiety-related peer support organisation.
