Overview
In this workshop, you'll develop the skills to effectively and clearly document your work when supporting people with mental health conditions. We'll explore why effective note writing is important in community support work and examine the barriers to good note writing. You'll strengthen your knowledge of correct and factual documentation and build your understanding of legislative requirements. We'll also explore how to include the voice of the person while ensuring your notes are well developed and meet workplace requirements.

Who Should Attend?
Community support workers and others who document their work with people experiencing mental health conditions, including mental health support workers, peer support workers, community health workers, residential support workers, case managers, and social service workers.

- Cancellations within 10 working days (or non-attendance) are non-refundable and charged in full. Transfers may be approved for extenuating circumstances and incur a $39 fee.
