Overview
Anxiety is a common experience, yet some children struggle more than others. This workshop helps you make sense of anxiety and how it particularly relates to children. We'll explore why adults are so vital in helping children manage anxiety and examine strategies that both adults and children can use. You'll build confidence around what to do when anxious behaviours arise and learn how to support children to take charge of their anxiety in a way that promotes the child's bravery and wellbeing.

Who Should Attend?
Everyone who works with or supports anxious children, including parents, caregivers, teachers, early childhood educators, school counsellors, social workers, psychologists, family support workers, youth workers, child protection workers, and foster carers.

- Cancellations more than 10 working days before a workshop will incur a $39 service fee; alternatively, we can transfer you to another date/workshop at no charge.
- Cancellations within 10 working days (or non-attendance) are non-refundable and charged in full. Transfers may be approved for extenuating circumstances and incur a $39 fee.
