Working in health and community services can involve complex and challenging personal and professional situations. During this workshop we’ll delve into the multifaceted world of professional boundaries, explore health-related ethics and complexities, and deepen our understanding of their importance in human service practice. We'll also discuss ethical dilemmas, learn strategies and protocols to reach safe responses, examine problematic issues associated with boundary violations, and explore how to contextualise boundaries.

Everyone in health, social services, or community settings who navigates professional boundaries and ethical dilemmas, including social workers, counsellors, health practitioners, support workers, and those in allied health or human services roles.
