We’ll build our understanding of the importance of addressing conflict and examine the influence of perceptions, assumptions, personality types, and communication styles. We'll explore effective communication techniques such as active listening, empathy, and assertiveness. We’ll also explore how to manage emotions during difficult conversations and develop ways to reframe conflict and turn confrontations into positive and productive discussions.
