Overview
Resilience gives us the psychological strength to respond and adapt to stress, daily challenges, and significant life events in a healthy and positive way. This workshop acknowledges the realities of systemic pressures experienced in modern life and explores skills and approaches to minimise their negative impact. Learn to recognise unhelpful responses, develop strategies for sustaining resilience, and practise new skills through realistic case study scenarios in a safe and supportive environment.
