This course is for experienced Team Leaders or Supervisors who are keen to develop their leadership and conflict resolution skills. It is designed for mental health and social services staff. The workshop will focus on supporting staff development, as well as engaging in strength-based collaborative conflict resolution skills. A flourishing team will lead to better outcomes for clients. There will be opportunities to practice integration of theory.
