Do you sometimes feel like you’re trying to keep your head above water? 
Every day you give to your clients, you listen, encourage, problem solve and you give out of your own reservoir of energy. You are an essential part of our nation’s wellbeing and we want to acknowledge what you give by giving back to you!
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, MHERC are offering this free one hour online workshop which will cover:

  • Understanding the cost to your battery as you charge up others
  • Recognising the point at which you need to plug in and recharge
  • Establishing wellbeing habits for your own survival
  • Developing and replenishing your inner self 

This online workshop will be facilitated by Marina Shearer, who facilitates our popular "Thrive and Revive " and "Conflict Management" workshops. With a 25 year career providing training and facilitation, Marina has a passion for creating better outcomes for everyone.
