Stress has been shown to affect productivity, engagement, morale, physical health, anxiety and can contribute to antisocial behaviour. It is important to address workplace stress and support staff wellbeing, which in turn benefits productivity. This workshop aims to help staff recognise and manage stress, both in the workplace and personally. Learn strategies for improving emotional wellbeing, and understand the principles of maintaining long-term wellbeing.

Alison specialises in the application of the science of Positive Psychology to optimise human functioning. She effectively bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical application with programmes that have a firm research and evidence basis.
