Aim
“The end of bullying begins with me.” We all have a responsibility to stop bullying. This workshop will firstly seek to understand why bullying might occur before exploring several steps that may be taken to understand and respond to bullying behaviour.

Note: Participants will need to identify a workplace (or other relevant) situation they (or others) are experiencing that may indicate bullying is occurring that they want to improve and develop a strategy to manage.

Overview
• Difficult behaviours and bullying – the psychology behind the behaviours
• Personal conflict management type
• Reframing difficult situations and developing strategies to enhance relationships and prevent bullying from escalating

Learning Intentions
Participants will be provided with the opportunity to:
• Explore the notion of bullying from a personal and wider lens
• Understand one's own conflict management style
• Develop a strategy to manage a difficult situation
